The 2 Styles of Bin Washing Spray Heads


Deciding what type of spray head to use is a balance between performance preference and budget. Both styles of spray heads will do the job, it’s just a matter of how much you want to spend and what kind of performance you want.  It is important to match the correct pressure washer specs to what the spary head requires if you want to achive the optimum performance from either spray head. 

 

Bolondi Cleaning Heads 

Sometimes referred to as a 360 extreme or 360 cyclone spray heads, they are Bolondi brand cleaning heads. This style head provides maximum cleaning power. They require 4 GPM or greater.  Pressure washer driven by hot or cold water.  

Average Trash Bin Cleaning Times using a Bolondi Cleaning Head

 First time cleans are done in an average time of 30 seconds. A maintenance trash bin cleaning is done in an average time of 7 seconds and uses less than 1 gallon of water.

Spray Bar & Nozzles  

The other style spray heads use a spinning bar with spray tips mounted on each side of the spinner bar and one in the center of the bar. You can use hot or cold water.

Trash Bin Cleaning Spray Bar & Nozzle

You can save a few thousand dollars by choosing to start out with this style of spray head. This may be a good option if you are on a really tight startup budget and don't mind the extra time it will take to do a thorough cleaning of the trash bins.
