The modular Wash Bay and Bin Lifter System creates a unique opportunity for people to put together their own system and get into the new and rapidly growing business of bin washing with very low start up costs.

The Bin Wash System is designed to fit on any suitable truck or trailer application, it can be mounted on either the back or the side of the vehicle. This provides you with even more flexibility in your layout. Hooking up the system is simple, it requires only three hookups to make it operational. Connect the 12 volt power, plug in the wastewater hose quick connect and attach the pressure washer hose quick connect and you are ready to go.

Attaching your Equipment to the Bin Wash System is Easy.

Equipment you need to build your own trash bin cleaning truck or trailer.

The Wash Bay is constructed of high quality aluminum. The base of the Wash Bay has a built in wastewater transfer tank and a screening system that filters out large particles before the wastewater reaches the wastewater pump. The Wash Bay comes with a 360° cleaning head. All high-pressure water lines and valves are supplied and come connected to the control panel.

The Bin Lifter is housed in a removable stainless steel drive train housing that slides easily into the Wash Bay. The Bin Lifter will accommodate all sizes and shapes of household bins.
